Meet The Team

William is a Certified Public Accountant of 20 years. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with Accountancy degree (Hons) in 1991, starts his professional accountant career with KPMG and followed with various financial management, corporate consulting and project management assignment before joining Odds & Even as a founding partner in 2003.

Some of William's past assignments include project accountants for a S$1.7billion mixed project development in Singapore, 3 years as financial controller for a food conglomerate in Shanghai, China and director of a construction company in Singapore.

Teck Chuan graduated from the Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) in 1992 and gained more than 20 years of professional accountant experience. Some of Teck Chuan's experience including 18 years with Price Waterhouse, Arthur Andersen and Deloitte where he performed statutory audits, overseas IPO audits, private equity special works, reporting accountant (of companies listed in Hong Kong, Korea, Germany, Singapore and USA), audit of China Subsidiaries in accordance with China Accounting Standards, IFRS or US GAAP, performed M&A financial due diligences (including overseas acquisitions) and 4 years as financial service director with BOC Gases Ltd.

Alex graduated from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) with an degree in Accountancy and built his professional accountant career with KPMG Singapore and Institute of Certified Public Accountant of Singapore(ICPAS). During his 7 years with KPMG, Alex had handled various audit and consulting projects, including those of IPO reporting accountants, merger and acquisitions, special audits and tax consultancy. Alex moved to ICPAS and held the position of Public Accountant practice reviewer for 3 years before joining Odds & Even as a audit partner. Alex is effectively bi-lingual with English and Chinese. 

Darissa graduated from National University of Singapore with a degree in Accountancy. She has more than 20 years of experience in audit, accounting, finance and business management with public accounting firms and multi-national corporations like HP and Applied Materials. Her wealth of working experience in various countries and divest cultures has given her the ability to get things done in a cordial manner.
